Book Alteration
In this two-session workshop, you’ll take
an old Reader’s Digest Condensed Book
and apply the techniques needed to turn
it into a unique work of art.
July 10—Which Workout Works?
   An instructor from Fitness for Life
will lead us through 10-minute trials
of Zumba, Yoga, Tai-Bo (kickboxing), and
more. Discover what you enjoy so you
can change your personal fitness level.
July 17—Money Rocks!
You’re never too young to make money.
Joe Pustover of Pustover Financial Services
will tell you how to take the money you
have and turn it into LOTS more. Will you
be our first teen millionaire?
July 24—T-shirt Makeover
Rip it, cut it, put it back together.
Paint it, stamp it, sew it, pin it.
Change your old shirt into something
completely new. You’ll need to bring
one or more t-shirts with you to work on.July 31—Sushi Surprise
It’s not just fish anymore! You’ll
learn the principles that govern the
art of sushi making, then assemble
(and eat) your own creations using
Twinkies, fruit roll-ups, crispy rice dough,
Swedish fish, and more!

End-of-the-Summer Auction
Save your Book Bucks and use them here
to bid against each other for lots of great prizes. Everybody wins something. You’ll also find out
who wins the MP3 player and whether or not
Mrs. Swan has to dye her hair.What a great way
to end the summer!
